Back in my hometown of Fredericksburg, VA we enjoyed family visits and exploring historical sites 
Chatham Manor
Our next stop was Baltimore, Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay 
Such fun catching up with these lovely ladies! 
Then we made our U-turn and headed west! In Blacksburg, VA we delighted in another fantastic visit with our old friends, the Johansans! Daily thunderstorms cooled us down from the oppressive humidity, and we escaped to a forest wonderland for a refreshing afternoon by a waterfall💙 
Now for the homestretch back to New Mexico!
